Yes. Indian exporters can use EasyPost to compare rates across international carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and generate prepaid labels for cross-border shipments. Domestic Indian carrier support is limited — Delhivery and Shiprocket are better choices for domestic fulfilment.

When a shipment is ready, Wendesk calls EasyPost's Rate API with package dimensions and destination. EasyPost returns rates from available carriers and Wendesk displays them sorted by price so you can choose before purchasing the label.

EasyPost's API supports return label generation. Wendesk can trigger a return label for a specific order, but a full returns management workflow requires customisation on the Pro plan or above.
