Can I book a Delhivery shipment directly from a Wendesk order?
Yes. The integration calls Delhivery's shipment creation API using the order's address and weight details. The returned AWB number is saved on the Wendesk order record and the label is downloadable immediately.
How does tracking work once a shipment is booked?
Delhivery sends status webhooks at each milestone — in-transit, out for delivery, delivered. Wendesk receives these events and appends them to the order timeline so your support team can see current status without switching tabs.
Does Wendesk support COD orders with Delhivery?
Yes, COD orders are supported. The integration passes the COD amount to Delhivery at booking time. Remittance reconciliation with Delhivery's settlement reports is a planned feature for a future release.
Which pin codes does Delhivery cover?
Delhivery covers over 18,500 pin codes across India as of 2026. The integration surfaces serviceability checks so you can see whether a customer's pin code is covered before booking.
What plan is required for the Delhivery integration?
The Delhivery integration is available on the Starter plan and above. You need an active Delhivery merchant account with API credentials.
