How do I pay for a Wendesk plan?

Wendesk uses Razorpay for INR payments. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Is there a trial before I have to pay?

Yes. New accounts get a 30-day trial. The Base Plan also has a ₹99 first-month intro offer (BASE99 coupon, auto-applied at signup).

Can I switch plans after subscribing?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time from the Settings → Billing panel in your Wendesk dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
