A few things to try
- Sign in with a different account.Workspaces are scoped per organisation. You may be using the wrong one.
- Ask your admin to invite you.They can grant access from Settings → Team in 30 seconds.
- Check the URL.If you copy-pasted from a doc or chat, the link may include an old workspace slug.
